Cancellation & Refund Policy

All deliveries are shipped from our warehouse in Noida. Please allow us the following number of days to get you your order.
5 – 7 BUSINESS DAYS 
•    Avail FREE shipping on all PREPAID ORDERS above USD 400.
The delivery will be assigned against the signature of the customer. If you cannot be there to signature please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.
CasaVeda takes no responsibility for deliveries that are signed by an alternative person.
CasaVeda will  not be responsible for any damage after delivery.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
CasaVeda will refund/ replace products that have a defect, are damaged or do not match the order placed. Please email us within 7 days of receipt of the product at support@Casa- Veda.com to proceed with returning the product and obtaining your replacement or refund.
Casa Veda doesn’t accept any returns, once the order is delivered and accepted by the customer.
How would I know that my shipping address is serviced?
The information about any pin code being serviced within India can be checked post a product is selected for Add to cart.
Your shipping address Pin code will be verified with our database before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner delivery list. Sometimes your address in remote area that condition courier charges will be extra.
How will the delivery be done?
Product delivery will be done through reputed courier service providers like DHL, Fedex, UPS, Blue dart, DTDC, First Flight & Our Local courier Services etc.
