Step 1: Start by applying a few drops of oil to the metal side of the wand.
Step 2: Firmly massage the medium kansa wand in up and down movements of the feet’s
Step 3: Then begin to work in gentle circular motions applying very light pressure. Repeat these circular motions on the main part of your foot, then work gently across the toes. Massage the areas that need the most tension release.
