Step 1: Deeply moisturise your body by applying a few drops of natural massage oil to your body for the Kansa Wand to slide gently
Step 2: Gently massage with the Kansa Wand in a clockwise direction and then anti-clockwise direction on the body portion where you have applied oil.
Step 3: Ensure the pressure is light and firm as you start massaging, slowly it will show the greying effect which shows your skin is getting detoxified.
Step 4: Concentrate the movements around the marma points to release muscle tension.
